Getting started with support at home occupational therapy
We accept the following referrals:
- Private clients (Medicare rebate may be available)
- Home care package clients (via an approved HCP provider)
- Transition care package clients (via an approved TCP provider)
- Community Home Support Program clients
- Residential Aged Care Clients
- Plan Managed or Self-Managed NDIS Participants
Feel free to reach out to us if a service is not listed above and we can advise if we are able to provide support.
INFORMATION FOR BUSINESSES
- If you are an approved provider that is referring to us for the first time, you may require a service agreement completed.
We are happy to arrange execution on request.
- We are able to provide compliance documentation on request and are able to be setup on compliance portals.
- We enjoy the opportunity to work with self-managed home care clients and will complete the required documentation and onboarding to enable this.
- We offer transparent pricing and quoting to make it easier to work within client's budgets. We are also happy to work with purchase order systems.
- If you or your client have preferred equipment and home modification suppliers, then please let us know and we will endeavor to use these suppliers in the first instance.
