HELPING YOU TO LIVE YOUR BEST LIFE AT HOME

Support at Home Allied Health provides Occupational Therapy and Physiotherapy assessment and intervention services to older adults across metropolitan Adelaide.
We are proud to be able to offer in-home visits to help clients access services and supports that promote wellbeing and safety at home.

What Do Occupational Therapists & Physiotherapists Do?

The simplest way to explain it, is that we help people stay independent, active, and engaged in the things that matter most to them.

Whether it's hanging out the washing, getting in and out of a chair, walking safely around the home, pouring a cup of tea, or getting back to a favourite hobby, everyday activities can become more challenging due to age, injury, illness, or disability.

Our Occupational Therapists and Physiotherapists work together to understand each person's goals and the challenges they are facing. From there, we develop practical solutions to help make daily life easier, safer, and more enjoyable.

This might involve improving strength, balance, and mobility, recommending equipment, modifying the home environment, developing exercise programs, or finding creative ways to complete everyday tasks.

We believe that small changes can make a big difference. With the right support, equipment, therapy, and a little creative problem-solving, people can continue doing the things they love and maintain their independence for longer.

Telehealth Services

We appreciate that it is not always possible for clients to have in-home services and pride ourselves on being as flexible as possible.

We believe that everyone should have access to timely and efficient health services and therefore we are proud to offer telehealth consults for most services.

Telehealth services can be really beneficial for those living in regional areas where there may be no services available or extensive wait times for services.

In-Home Services

We offer in home services across all of metropolitan Adelaide with no travel charges.

We are also happy to travel to other regions of South Australia by arrangement.
